The day started out pretty normal for Emma... she got up, had breakfast and pretty much got ready for school... However, it wasn't until she got to school that it all came crumbling down. Today was her teacher's last day... I don't think Em realized it (still really doesn't) and won't until next week at school. We'll see how she does with it. She absolutely loved her teacher and was always connected to the hip it seemed in any activities they would do as a class. I drove up to pick her up a couple of days ago and they were playing outside. They were playing "freeze tag" and "red-rover"... Everytime Emma wasn't frozen she was chasing her teacher around, and when she was sent running over to the other side of the group to crush their "wall", she went running back with... her teacher. So, Thank you Miss Joyce for all you have done in teaching and inspiring our little girl. She continues to grow and use her imagination and it's teachers like you who help plant that seed...

Oh, poor Emma. She's going to miss her so much! Jillian is really attached to her teacher too and I can't imagine what she'd do if she wasn't there anymore. She had a hard time adjusting to Primary and kept saying she wanted to go back to nursery with her teacher. I hope the transition goes smoothly for her!
